Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with the item you received, you can get an exchange if the following situations occur:

A. The product you received is not the same as the picture, or there is some defect or broken part on the goods. We can provide an exchange (and remember that do not remove the plastic handle protector on the handle, because once removed we assume the bag was used and cannot exchange). (Please contact us first, and the return request must be no later than 3 days from the day you received it, because we cannot identify if the damage was made by the customer or ourselves).

Notice: Please provide an actual picture of the damaged goods. We will not accept the returned case without proof.

We do not accept exchange/discount/offer if you simply don't like:

  • The design of the clothes/watches
  • The size
  • The color
  • Hardware tone

Reason for this rule:

  • Customers will simply order to try on the size and strap length.
  • This could become a huge problem if we allow customers to change in this way.
  • We hope every customer understands and double checks their order once submitted.
  • Even with defects, we only provide exchanges for the same color and siz.
  • This rule is fixed to ensure customers won't simply order this and that to have a look and change to another.

Note: For any reason of returning parcels, the shipping cost fee will be at the customer's expense. If there is an import tax charge, you will be responsible for paying it. We don’t take any responsibility for customs seizing the parcel returned.

B. If the quality is not the problem and you would like to cancel the order because you changed your mind, we can accept the exchange. However, the products must be in intact and unused packaging. The return shipping fee will be at your expense. Moreover, you will need to pay a restocking fee per item. If your order total price is under $500, the restocking fee will be $50. For orders above $500, the restocking fee will be $100.

C. If you provide the wrong shipping address, and we shipped out the package which cannot be delivered successfully, we will need to reship the items. We will charge the reship fee. If you would like to cancel the order, you will also need to pay the restocking fee.

D. If you are no longer interested in the item without any reason and want to exchange it, it is also feasible. However, you will need to pay the reshipping fee.

We are not responsible for compensation and the resend fee when you ship back the package to us. When you send it back, please make sure the product is well-packaged and without damage. After you send it back, please remember to email us the tracking number. We do not assume responsibility for items damaged during transport.
